"In the State of Washington, it's unlawful to park within 5 feet of a driveway. I have Mexican neighbors who constantly have visitor's, and on at least two occasions, I have discovered that my driveway has been about 90% blocked. One of my cars is totally blocked, and the other would need to be driven on the grass, just to get about the blocking car."
